What we collect

• API usage data — the domains you query, request timestamps, endpoints used, and credits consumed. This is required to operate billing and rate limiting.
• Account identifiers — your API key (stored only as a salted hash) and, on marketplaces, your marketplace user ID.
• Payment data — handled entirely by our marketplace partners (RapidAPI, Apify) or payment processor. We never see or store card numbers.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your query data with third parties.
• We do not store your raw API key — only a salted SHA-256 hash.
• We do not cache or resell the metrics returned to you.

Data we send to upstream providers

To answer your queries, the domain names you submit are sent to the data providers that power each metric. Only the domain name is transmitted — never your identity, API key, or account information.

Data retention

Usage logs are retained for billing verification and abuse prevention. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting support.

Security

All traffic is served over HTTPS. API keys are hashed at rest, credentials are never logged, and access to production systems is restricted.
