Terms of Service

The service

Seo Era provides domain authority metrics (Domain Rating, Domain Authority, Trust Flow, and Authority Score) through a paid API. Metrics are aggregated from third-party data providers and returned fresh on every request.

Billing and credits

• Each domain is charged once when it returns at least one metric score — never per metric.
• Failed lookups (all metrics unavailable) are not charged.
• Credits and plan quotas are enforced at the stated limits; overage and hard caps follow the plan terms shown at purchase.
• Marketplace purchases (RapidAPI, Apify) are additionally governed by that platform’s billing terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or sublicense your API key outside your organization
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or metering
• Use the service for unlawful scraping, harassment, or rights violations
• Probe, attack, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

Violation may result in key revocation without refund.

Accuracy and availability

Metrics are provided by third-party data sources. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and data current, but we do not warrant specific values, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. Metric scores may differ between providers and change over time.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seo Era’s total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
